Being  pioneers of this service in Venezuela, our Outplacement program has been applied successfully in large institutions of the country, and it has served as a base for the creation of similar programs in nationally and international organizations and foundations as a result of our participation in the International Forum ¨Globalization, displaced workers and their laboral adaptation¨, carried out in Caracas on May 1997.

The Outplacement Program constitutes an Integral Program for Attention to the Human resources of the Organization, assumed by responsible, intelligent companies, which are conscious of the negative traditional consequences occurring during these kind of processes: production delays, demoralization of the sales force, demotivation of the personnel, uncertainty, among others.

OBJECTIVES:

Supporting and promoting activities that make easier the situation of laboral transition of the employees from the all hierarchical levels of the organization.
